A seasoned M&A lawyer with a proven track record in providing legal counsel in private equity, finance and telecommunications sectors, Nandini will lead the firm’s legal function, offering strategic advice on management and operations from a legal, risk and regulatory compliance perspective to support the rapid growth and expansion of the company.
