Nandini brings with her two decades’ worth of legal and compliance experience in the private equity (PE), finance and telecommunications industry.
3 May 2019, SINGAPORE – Ecosystm, a disruptive technology research and advisory firm, has today announced the appointment of Nandini Navale as Vice President and General Counsel. A seasoned M&A lawyer with a proven track record in providing legal counsel in private equity, finance and telecommunications sectors, Nandini will lead the firm’s legal function, offering strategic advice on management and operations from a legal, risk and regulatory compliance perspective to support the rapid growth and expansion of the company. Beyond her legal role, she will also be directly involved in the firm’s future growth strategy.
An experienced lawyer within the PE space in Singapore, Nandini was previously Counsel and Compliance Officer with a prominent private equity fund in Singapore where she led legal, compliance and government affairs, managed highly complex acquisitions/transactions, with added responsibility of fund operations, investor relations and portfolio support. Prior to that, her combined legal experience included being inhouse as Counsel at a financial institution and a US telecommunications company and an Associate with a reputed law firm in India.
Beyond her Ecosystm role, Nandini is an advisor to PE-VC funds on fund formation, licensing and regulatory compliance, investment management and fund operations; as well as emerging companies on business strategy and operations. She also sits on the board of a logistics monitoring solution provider based out of Singapore.
